"When I go on long road trips, I get a great big bag of sunflower seeds in the shell. I get the salted ones, not the "flavored" ones that contain godknowswhat. This keeps me busy and awake and fuels me up all day long. I spit the shells on the floor of the car....it looks like a canary cage at the end of the trip. I've also noticed that at the end of my trip I'm not hungry."
